I am a former professional baseball player that fell in love with fitness and nutrition. As my love for the overall gym grew, so did my love for bodybuilding. I am currently very active in competitive bodybuilding and I thoroughly love sharing my passion for fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding with people from all walks of life.

Best Advice

“Always raising the bar!”
Fitness is the best analogy for life in general. Set a realistic goal, put in all the work required to achieve the goal, enjoy the accomplishment of obtaining the goal and then raise the bar and do it again! .

I started my fitness journey at a young age and was competitive in gymnastics throughout high school.  As an adult, my fitness journey took me through training and running 5Ks to yoga and finally landed on strength training to compete in powerlifting. I taught Personal Fitness, Fitness Lifestyle Design, and Health Opportunities through Physical Education for over 6 years and developed fitness instruction for HOPE and middle school physical education for a local school district.

In 2019, I launched into training clients and fell in love with being on the coaching side of the gym.  I strive to educate my clients as we train so that they have a foundational knowledge base.  I enjoy exploring fitness education innovation and personalizing training to make my client workouts engaging and super fun. My biggest joy is when my clients share their breakthrough successes with me, or when we overcome a barrier together.

I was raised on sports and athletics and have played football competitively since I was 10. I train to combat every challenge life throws at me. I first found my passion for training when I introduced my brother to the gym and I helped him get into the best shape of his life. From there, I would help my friends and as more of them asked for my help I found my love for teaching. In the 2 years I’ve been training, I’ve put on 25 lbs of muscle.

I’ve been competitive my whole life. This is where I found my love for athletics! I have done every sport that I could get involved with growing up. I have always been interested in learning how the body works and how to get the most out of everything you do. I became interested in training to teach people how to help themselves for the long run.

In 2012 I got my own trainer to put me through a program so that I would be able to find my own weaknesses and from there my interest in helping others peaked. I continued competing in any sports and improving my knowledge and understanding of different training styles and worked to get my certification as a personal trainer after getting out of the Army.

For many years I pursued the fitness lifestyle. I’ve struggled with weight gain my whole life. Through this struggle I went to school to learn more for myself and others around me. With consistency and discipline I soured past my own personal goals. Ecstatic with my transformation, that’s when I decided to take the leap to help better other people and their daily lives. I love to challenge myself and my peers to be the best they can be physically and mentally!

Best Advice

“The best revenge in life is massive success”.

Success can often be deemed the best revenge because you’re not even the one having to tell others about it. As you work in silence, your success makes the NOISE!

I’ve been a competitive athlete for many years, most recently competing as a collegiate runner while studying Exercise and Sports science. My studies are leading me to become a Doctor in Physical Therapy where I can help others keep their passion for their active lifestyle. My love and passion for fitness has been an ever growing part of my identity. I don’t just enjoy being active, I live for it.
