Max Gargas
Personal Trainer
My journey with Fitness began in high school and has shaped every stage of my life as a child. I wasnāt very active and struggle with my weight for years, but that all changed from a friend and introduced me to the gym. The moment I stepped into the weight room, I discovered my passion for physical fitness.
After high school I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where I served the physical fitness leader for my unit. In this role, I ensured that every service member of my command exceeded the rigorous standards of military excellence. Following my time in the Marines I earned my personal trainer certification through the American council exercise today I am committed to helping others unlocked their potential and strive to become the best version of themselves.

Ashley Gifford
Personal Trainer
I was born and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. I have always been active since the age of four. I started with dance for twelve years, cheered for three years, played softball for two years, and have been lifting weights since I was 14. I did my first bodybuilding show in 2023 and will be continuing on with that sport for sometime.
I started off lifting weights to put on size after some time I started to encourage my friends to come to the gym as well and started to train them. It was always an exhilarating time because I was helping a good friend and teaching them about something Iām very passionate about. Helping my friends get to the goals they wanted I wanted to help others achieve their goals that they desired. I became a personal trainer to spread the knowledge and help others achieve the goals that they desired. There is no better feeling than being a part of someoneās journey to achieving better health and reaching the goals they have always dreamed about.

Justin Fryzel
Fitness Director & Personal Trainer
Hello, my name is Justin, youāre dedicated personal trainer with passions for both sports fitness and the great outdoors. Born and raised right here in Spring Hill, I grew up playing sports which inspired my dedication to health and physical performance.
At age 18, I proudly enlisted in the United States Navy as a nuclear reactor operator on board of fast attack submarine. During my time on submarines I trained hundreds of personnel for Navy Scuba Diving Schools as the Command Fitness leader for both my base and my submarine. In May 2020, I experienced an injury while onboard the submarine, requiring months of rehabilitation and recovery. Though this incident led to my military retirement, it also fueled my determination to channel my expertise and passion and helping others achieving their fitness goals as a personal trainer.
