Fitness has been a part of my life since middle schoolāfrom swimming and running to falling in love with lifting. Over time, I developed a deep passion for strength training, with a special focus on building muscle and developing strong, functional glutes. I believe the glutes are more than just aestheticātheyāre key to athletic performance, injury prevention, and total-body strength.
Mobility is also a huge part of my training philosophy. You shouldnāt have to choose between being strong and being able to move wellāIāll help you achieve both. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, move better, or build a body youāre proud of, Iām here to guide you every step of the way.

I am a former professional baseball player who discovered a deep passion for fitness and nutrition. As my love for the gym grew, so did my enthusiasm for bodybuilding. I am now an active competitive bodybuilder who thoroughly enjoys sharing my passion for fitness and nutrition with people from all walks of life. In October 2022, I earned my professional bodybuilder title, and I plan to continue stepping on stage again and again to pursue my goals.
More than anything, I love helping others achieve their fitness goals. Since becoming the proud owner of my own gym, I have had the privilege of helping dozens of people not only reach their goals but surpass them. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing someoneās confidence grow as they achieve milestones along their journey. While we all start our fitness journeys for different reasons, somewhere along the way, our goals align at some point. Itās a truly unbelievable and fulfilling experience that I am so fortunate to be a part of!

I am the proud owner of Epic Health and Fitness in Weeki Wachee. My lifelong passion for fitness began with my active involvement in gymnastics and cheerleading during my school years. About five years ago, my journey into health and wellness took a profound turn. Motivated by the desire to get in shape for my wedding, I embarked on a transformative fitness journey that quickly became a lifelong commitment.
Since then, Iāve fully immersed myself in the world of fitness. For me, itās more than just a personal goalāitās a profound passion. With the support of my amazing husband, I ventured into competitive bodybuilding, discovering a new avenue for personal growth and fulfillment.
Drawing from my own experiences and dedication, Iāve become passionate about training others and inspiring them on their fitness journeys. Justin Fryzel
Fitness Director & Personal Trainer
Hello, my name is Justin, your dedicated personal trainer with passions for both sports, fitness, and the great outdoors. Born and raised right here in Spring Hill, I grew up playing sports, which inspired my dedication to health and physical performance. At age 18, I proudly enlisted in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator on board a Fast Attack Submarine. During my time on submarines, I trained hundreds of personnel for the Navy Scuba Diving School as the Command Fitness Leader for both my base and my submarine. In May of 2020, I experienced an injury while on board the submarine, requiring months of rehabilitation and recovery. Though this incident led to my military retirement, it also fueled my determination to channel my expertise and passion into helping others achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer.
