Army Civilian, dedicating his life to leadership, discipline, and service. His

Karol has devoted her life to health and wellness, first as a Surgical
Technologist and now as a skilled perfusionist, playing a critical role in
cardiac surgery. Her deep-rooted knowledge of the human body and passion
for helping others make her a guiding force in the gym.
Both Keith and Karol are no strangers to competition. They have competed in
multiple PCA bodybuilding shows—Keith in Men’s Physique and Karol in Figure—
both earning prestigious invitations to Nationals. Their firsthand experience in
training, nutrition, and competition preparation fuels their ability to help
others achieve their fitness goals.
