General Questions
To cancel your membership, visit the Epic Health and Fitness location that you signed up at (your home club) in person during staffed hours. Memberships must be current in order to cancel. Keep in mind that all billing will continue until proper cancellation is completed. Stop in or call your home club directly to arrange “special” situation cancels but remember that any past due account that is not paid will go to a third party collection company for the full amount due if no contact is returned.
Absolutely! We welcome local guests for a complimentary trial at Epic Health and Fitness during our staffed hours ONLY. The first visit is free, and subsequent visits can be enjoyed at a daily rate. It’s a great way for your friends to experience the fantastic facilities we offer.
