General Questions
Is you gym open 24 hours?
Yes! Epic Health & Fitness locations are open 24/7 to members.
How can I sign up?
You can sign up on each location page or in person during our staffed hours.
At what age can I get an Epic membership?
You can become an epic member at 14 years of age or older. From 14-17 years old members would qualify for a minor membership which is valid 5am to 10pm daily. To sign up a parent or guardian must complete the agreement in person during staffed hours. Children younger than 14 may use the gym if guided by an Epic personal trainer or group fitness instructor as we offer kids bootcamps, summer camps, and individual instruction. Check with your local Epic to find out what options are available.
What amenities do you offer?
Thanks for asking! Every Epic location offers amenities designed to help members achieve their goals!
These include InBody570 Body Composition scanners; cardio, strength, and functional training equipment; a variety of classes and boot camps, plus knowledgeable and inspiring staff. Visit each location’s page to explore additional recovery options like sauna, massage, red light therapy, compression cuffs, and cold plunge.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! Every Epic location has great personal training options to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Do you offer group fitness classes?
We sure do! Each Epic gym offers a mix of classes to keep things fun and fresh! Just visit the location page to see what classes are happening every day.
What are Epic Bootcamps?
Epic Bootcamps target muscle strength and functional fitness to challenge you to next-level fitness. Get ready to push your limits and unlock your full potential!
What are the gym rules?
Be Safe, Lift Smart, Train Hard! Work out at your own risk. Re-rack your weights! Outside instruction and personal training is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Be courteous to other members and equipment. Be considerate and respect the privacy of fellow members when taking photos. Wipe down equipment after each use. Appropriate attire, footwear (closed toe), and hygiene required at all times. Avoid excessive vulgar language. Respect your fellow members.
How can I learn more about owning an Epic location?

How do I update my billing information?
You can update your billing information anytime with your Epic App, in person during staffed hours, at any Epic location, or by calling (844)738-3247.
If I'm an Epic member, can I use all Epic locations?
Yes! An Epic membership gives you access to all of our gym locations. Be sure to try them all out!
Can I bring a guest?
Guests receive one free day pass to try Epic during staffed hours. Additional day passes are available for purchase.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at the location where you originally signed up or through the Epic member app. To cancel, your account must be current, and early cancellation fees may apply based on your membership terms.
